Where can I order yellow plastic plugs (all sizes) imprinted with my info in ink so that it can be read? The last I ordered was embossed or cut into the top of the plug but you can't read it.

Bernsten or Surv-Kap or a lot of other places that caps are sold. Just make sure that you specify that you want the black lettering. They will sell them with or without. It does cost a bit more for the black.

I have caps from Bathy Survey Markers. They fit on a 5/8" rebar or inside a 1" pipe. Their laser marked caps sound like what you want and they're reasonably priced.
