Pin & Pole Adjustment, Center of fase l1l2l5 R2

Does anybody know if trimble has Spec for Pole and Pin , how log u should use them for , how can u check the deformation of the material ?

Also, is the yellow line a centre of phase for the waves from satelites on R2 gps? I feel a phisical pain every time I observe my CP on quicksets tripods for certain jobs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT TO USE THE TRIBRCH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (i think i have a tribrach stating 10'. God know how much i want to check that ! )
