Can you guys view the parcel lines in giggle earth? I don't think this feature is available any longer. What do you use?
After I did the GE upgrade, had to reload all the kmz files that contained mass amounts of boundary data.
How do you get new parcels that weren't included on your kmz files?

Newer versions of Carlson have a kmz file create command.
Other Cad software will probably have the command and there are other options.
I'm guessing that google didn't want the junk on their platform any longer and removed it.
I use digital courthouse for parcel information and aerial/topo overlays. But it's only as accurate as a Tax Map, In other words, not very.

My county has shapefiles available for free download, so I just drop them into GE.?ÿ ?ÿ GE has?ÿ a function for large datasets to only import those within the current view.?ÿ So I size to the area I'm interested in and begin the import.?ÿ pretty slick?ÿ

Check your county appraisal district's web site. Sometimes they maintain a GIS viewer that shows parcel lines, or they outsource it another firm to digitize.

If the county has it online you should be able to download the shape file as others have said. Converting it to a KMZ/KML would be the next step.
