Hi everyone, Im wondering if anyone has a copy or a link to where I can get "PDL CONFIG Dealer version". I need to alter my frequencies for repeater settings & unfortunately the user version doesn't allow.
Any help is appreciated.

Hate to say it, but best bet here is to just ask a dealer.
I am pretty sure the dealers use a hardware/USB/dongle license to unlock the capability to add Tx freqs to a Channel Table, not a separate version of the software.
If you're OCONUS or somewhere else not near a dealer, they can create the Channel Table and email it to you, then you can use the PDL/ADL/TDL-CONF to load that table. The software doesn't restrict you from loading the table, only creating it. I did that before, just had to explain my situation to the dealer and politely ask for assistance, to which he did oblige. He created the Channel Table, emailed it to me, and even left me a voicemail explaining how to upload the Table to the radio. I still owe that guy a beer if I ever meet him.

Not sure where you are located, BUT if you are trying to program a PDL, likeliness of it being legal for use in the USA is slim. Unless it is a narrowband model of PDL (and apparently some of them were), it hasn't been legal to use in the USA since 2013. That radio hasn't been in production for a number of years and the PDL software may be unobtainum, I believe I trashed all my copies at the same time I got rid of the radio.

Hi Shelby,
No not in the US. I'm in Australia, we have purchased licences for the frequencies that we use so its legal. I just wanted to put them into a few of these units that I have due to the fact that I can use them as spare repeaters.
Joshua I have somewhere.
I'll have a look and get back.
Might take a couple of days.
There's a bloke in WA that could have it too.
Peter Tanner.

I understand he now works for another instrument company. I think the link above is latest place of work

Hi Richard,
Thanks for that mate. I'll wait and see how you go. Hopefully you are able to dig it up. Greatly appreciated.
Josh

any help is appreciated thanks
Hi everyone! Sorry to jump on this very old thread but I am in a very similar situation as Josh.
I have a Leica-compatible Pac Crest PDL GFU15-2 radio that I would like to program but I cannot generate a frequency table from the PDLConf software.
Did anyone have any information on getting the Full version or is there maybe someone kind enough to share with me a usable *.upg frequency table that I can use to import on my Tx and Rx radio?
Thank you very much for your assistance.
@richard Hello Richard. Sorry to bother you on this old thread but I would like to ask for your assistance. Unfortunately, the weblink on your previous post in no longer active.
Could you tell me if you still have the contact info of Peter Tanner in WA?
I'm not aware of your location, but the likelihood that a PDL you are trying to programme will be acceptable for usage in the USA is low. It hasn't been permitted to be used in the USA since 2013 unless it is a PDL narrowband model (and reportedly some of them were). The PDL programme may no longer be available because I believe I destroyed all of my copies along with the radio, which hasn't been manufactured for a number of years.
