Two relatives that are clients, sometimes when we work with one of them the work overlaps between them. Joe has a more "artistic" bent, he can change his mind often, makes his projects more "chaotic". Bob on the other hand is a get it done don't change anything type.?ÿ
So Joe comes in and has a tech do something on one of his old jobs, problem is that the job was closed and tech couldn't enter any time to it.?ÿ
I had to re-activate the job so time could be entered. In doing so I also had to change the manager, I have two choices, the original manager no longer works here so it's me or partner.?ÿ
I sat down with partner and let him know that I changed the time and since most of Bob's jobs were under him I figured it would be the best to put him down as the manager for Joe...??..you should have seen his face, I had glanced around to make sure there wasn't anything in arms reach before I told him...??..didn't need something thrown at me...??.
Of course he was as happy as he first was deflated when I told him I actually did take Joe on as manager,,,,,,,it would have been a dirty-dog thing to do not to put myself down since I opened it up and dealt with it...??.but he owes me one for doing it?ÿ ??ÿ
