I need a break, so here is my rant: 1986 plat with multiple lots with multiple non-tangent curves, all with just the three basic curve elements. Two of the curves are non-tangent at both ends The plat shows two GLO monuments, two ADOT monuments, and several other monuments, but none tied to the boundary. 2018 survey shows all corner monuments set, none found, and only one tie to an exterior monument, which he rejected. That's the state of local surveying by Brands X and Y.
Where is Kent when we need him? I hear "Quicky Dicky" added to Brands X and Y.?ÿ
Show us the plat.
Looks like something one of those artichokes (architects) dreams up to make a building more expensive to build.
This looks like a test question.?ÿ One where you can't obtain the underlying plat.?ÿ Its diabolical. It probably can be computed but putting it on the ground is a whole different source of shingles.?ÿ
I'm sorry I opened the file.?ÿ
Do you really want the job??ÿ
Disgusting.
Our tax maps are better than that.?ÿ I agree, DISGUSTING!
Holy cow that's lazy.?ÿ Is the cancha del golf plat junk too?
That is asking a lot to locate all those corners from one found monument and a bearing from an offsite road centerline.
I'd do all I could to make sure the man that signed that drawing be who gets that project.

at least it's a legible cartoon

I checked out the plat again, not sure why maybe I'm a masochist.
It can be surveyed,,,,,,,I think. Probably you would need to lean on some later surveys, surrounding information such as figuring out the right of way of the highway, then putting the easements together and then getting to Lot 2. More or less do a elimination survey.?ÿ
One observation is that the plat is well lettered. 1986, hand drafted, very clear and consistent lettering.?ÿ
So does it sometimes feel like you only get one most of the time and are lucky for a "pick two"??ÿ?ÿ Readable drawing, enough information, or actually monumented?
