Failure to connect to NTRIP

Failure to connect to NTRIP! We often get this warning when trying to start Trimble R8 receiver for VRS session. Using TSC3 with Survey Pro software. WiFi connection good. We have reloaded operating system in collector however problem persists. Dealer not much help either. Anyone else have this problem??ÿ

NTrip can be finicky. I have had problems, but the error messages are not very explanatory. I wish it would say EXACTLY what the problem was.?ÿ?ÿ

Don't use VRS but anytime connection failed with our DOT server it's been that the base has too many users or that interference with the BT has tripped it up, the latter is common in NYC where there are a gazillion wireless/radio devices every block.
