"We don't need a boundary survey, just a plan showing the new lots."

Sounds like you need to write "NEW LOTS HERE" on a tax map and send it in.

Draw up a "Preliminary" Site plan for your client and charge accordingly. Just remember to add a CYA disclaimer. ?????ÿ

My dad used to say:

"Prostitution is better than marriage because with prostitution, you know up front how much it will cost, and how long the relationship will last. With marriage, you know neither one!"

It's interesting, those two numbers are the 2 that most realtors want to know. How long will it take, and how much it'll cost.

Both relationships are real, but they are entered into with a different purpose.?ÿ

Once I release a plat, I'm married to what I did, til I die.?ÿ

Some surveys, it's obvious that nobody was married to ANYTHING. It's all a bunch of "getting by" paperwork. No numbers are real, and nobody has made any commitment to ANYTHING.
