Thought would like to check here since its the weekend and doubt Carlson would respond in time. I had thought I had switched off my windows update but surprisingly the tablet updated itself. It so happened that the update cause my touchscreen to register my touches to be the opposite of the screen. A mouse connected to the tablet works perfectly fine. I assume that the update somehow screwed up the touchscreen setting. I did a rollback of the update but it did not resolve the problem.?ÿ
I would like to check if anyone had encounter this problem and is there a fix. Also, is there a permanent way to switch off W10 from updating ever again?
That happened on mine as well. its the display driver. ?ÿThe windows update rolled it back. There is a service bulletin on the juniper website.

I love this place.
ROCK ON.
@roger-st-amand Hi sorry for the delay. Was in a hurry and the driver update works. Wonder why do software not follow the adage, if it aint broke dont fix it.
if it aint broke dont fix it.
How do you bill for that?
My takeaway on this is always have a USB Mouse and USB keyboard in pickup. That update was really hard to do without a real mouse...
@Sireath Glad it worked! ?ÿI felt your pain, mine updated just before heading out the door..... or trying to..
