I'm guessing those distances to 0.001 ft precision were the result of computing temperature corrections.?ÿ I hope his right angles were precise 90?ø 00' 00", but I don't see any notation of them as it's all northerly, westerly, etc.

only for the first four lots. After that, he used the older instrument.
