I am struggling to get the wipeout command to do what I desire.?ÿ I want the green closed polyline underneath the text box 802 to maintain its closed geometry, but I just do not want to see the line under the box.

Type WIPEOUT, P, select the polyline, N. The line will disappear inside the box, as will the text.

Type DRAWORDER, select the invisible text, F.

That should get you what you want. Or you could just trim the line using the polyline...

Is text box 802 a Carlson contour label??ÿ If so, in Contour Label Options check the box "Hide Drawing Under Labels".?ÿ Label a contour to see if it works....if you still see the wipeout outline, type Wipeout, then F, then Off.
