I am having a couple of issues with Topcon's Magnet Tools and I'm wondering if anyone can help me, please.

I have my coordinates set to be localized based on California State Plane Coordinate System. The coordinates for the point are correct.?ÿ However, the coordinates shown on the axes are incorrect.?ÿ How do I fix this?
I do not have any Post Processing ability in Tools. It is not on the Process tab and there are no options available for post processing.

I am using Version 7.3.1 but I've not ever been able to process GNSS Raw Files in either tps or Rinex format since I started using it in 2017.?ÿ I've tried sending Topcon questions but I don't get any real response.?ÿ Please see the attached pictures for reference.
