Is anyone using Leica Infinity office software??ÿ I am having issues finding training modules for this and on setting up and using adjustments.

That is the link to the Leica Knowledgebase site.
You can also sign into your MyLeica account and follow the links to some helpful info.
A lot of their training things are videos on YouTube also.
Also, reach out to your local dealer, they should be able to get you some help as well. My local dealer has a Leica rep. come down to put on some type of training at least once a year. This year it was an 8 hour course on Infinity, and and 8 hour course on?ÿ Captivate.
Shoot me a DM and tomorrow I can try and send you some of the things I have from those trainings.
If you are specifically looking for information on adjustments, make sure that the dealer/trainer knows up front what you need to get out of the training so they can tailor it accordingly.
If they can't accommodate you, or just want to give you the standard one-day session, it may not be worth the money. I say this as a former trainer - there are a lot of outfits that just go through the motions and take your cash. The trainers are sometimes salespeople with minimal geospatial background.
I did not find the Infinity one-day training session helpful. All post-processing programs look easy to use with the canned datasets, and when half the day is spent discussing how to navigate needlessly complicated menus and functions, a single day will not suffice.
The site isn't allowing me to message you. The youtube videos haven't been all great for me. My rep is going to put together a 1 hour question and answer with support for me tomorrow. I will see how that goes. Thank you for the info, I will look into the messenger.
My rep is putting together a 1 hour question and answer session with support tomorrow for me. I may end up having to schedule a sit down with them just to put it together correctly. Thank you for the info.
Leica does offer trainer led, online sessions for Infinity and this may be a good place to start. Here is a link:

Good to hear. It helps on their end too to know what to expect and how to prepare.
Bring your own data too! When I ran training sessions I always blocked out a couple hours at the end and had attendees bring real-world data that they were having trouble with or wanted to practice on. I would copy to thumb drives, pass out to the class and we would troubleshoot it together. (Or rather, they would troubleshoot it as a class since by that point they could do it with minimal guidance.)
You might try the DM again. I think this site allows it to work after you have posted a certain number of times?
Thank you sir, I appreciate it. I will check it out today.
We have been trying to do that for our local association as well. We have a group of about 4-6 that likes to get together to try and better our practices. Not an easy task, especially with everyone's schedules and different software uses. I am the only Leica user here.
I just sent you a DM, hopefully you will be able to receive a message from me.
