Old Windows10 PC died, got a new Windows11 PC. On old PC, Convert to Rinex worked great. Old version of the utility wouldn't run on new PC. I found new version 3.1.5.0 on Trimble's website. That version loads and runs, but every time I try to open a Trimble .T02 file it crashes with a message "Unhandled Exception" and "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation". I tried installing it on my home Win11 PC with same result. I had previously converted these same .T02 files on the old PC, so I know they're ok. Thanks for any input.
I had the same problem and figured out the solution. I had been using the ancient R-Utils and didn't realize I could use this latest converter.
The Convert to RINEX 3.15.0 Release Notes don't mention it, but an older release note said that if you do not use Trimble Office software, you need to download the antenna and receiver configuration files.
If you go to the bottom of the page where you downloaded the Trimble Convert to RINEX Utility (link below), what you want is the Trimble Office Configuration Utility. Just download and install it, and then restart the Convert to RINEX Utility.
I believe that all the Office Config Utility installs are the antenna, receiver, leap second and satellite systems XML files in C:ProgramDataTrimble.
