Carlson Questions - Exporting Points from Raw

Talked with the Carlson tech and man what a great learning lesson. That company is truly the bomb when it comes to helping its users. That being said there are some quirky design choices in the software that can cause a lot of hell if you don't know about them, and they don't appear to be written down anywhere.
