I've set up a few annotative text styles in Carlson which I think are pretty standard....8's being .08 paper height, 10's being .10 paper height 12's being .12 paper height etc.
When I create a piece of text everything seems to work fine...for example in a 20 scale drawing 10's will display with a paper height of .10 and a model height of 2. When I change the annotation scale of the drawing the paper height remains as .10 and the model height will adjust to 4.
The problem I'm having is when I select the existing piece of text, go to the styles toolbar and change it to a different text style.
Carlson and/or intellicad seems to want to use the Paper height text I used in the text style as the model height text.
Using the above example I have a piece of text using my '10' style, if I say oops that should have been labeled using the '8' style when I select and change it, the new model height of the text becomes .08 and the paper height text becomes .004 (Which is the paper height of the '8' text style divided by the drawing scale of 20).
What am I doing wrong here? Is there a setting checked/unchecked that I'm missing?
