Was just notified that a friend of mine has passed after losing his battle with cancer.
I met Jay while volunteering building ADA ramps for those in need around the central Texas area. We immediately became "buddies" and gave each other such a hard time (in jest) during the process of the ramp builds. He gave me information regarding where to take two-step lessons and country dancing, home wood working projects, etc.. We didn't talk except when we were building a ramp but it was like no time had passed between projects.
He had been battling cancer for months and was in considerable discomfort throughout. I'm comforted knowing that he is no longer in pain but I am going to miss him.
RIP Jay Jennings
Sorry to hear that.?ÿ Sounds like a good guy.?ÿ Best wishes for your friends family during this time.
