Ken Devane,71, passed away yesterday. He was a very reputable surveyor/engineer from Quitman Georgia. Came from a surveying/engineering family. His son, brother, and a nephew are all respected members of the professions in the area. Great guy to just sit down and have a conversation with. Lot's of knowledge. He'll be missed.
