I have the following two questions about photogrammetry.
1. If the aircraft flying height reading is off by with say 400 meters, what will happen within the processing and final product?. what does this affect in the aerotriangulation process and the final products like DEM, Orthphoto etc?
2. What distortions would you expect to see (in the image products, final or intermediate stages) if the phi rotation recorded by the IMU is off by say 14å¡? How about the omega rotation? The kappa rotation?. how does this tilt affect the rotations and the final products like DEM, Orthphoto etc?:-/
Any help with questions will be useful.
Thanks
Maujakakana,
A nice explanation can be found in the following link. I offered the simple explanation, Gshrock offers a much more appropriate response.
