Nice videos @bc-surveyor! Really awesome how many explanations you gave for each tool - final product video comes off as very tidy/professional.

Were you digitizing in Potree (for your “point cloud viewer”)?

[Assuming this is Potree, and kind of off topic], I’ve been wanting to get something set up so we can share our processed point clouds with clients, and I really like the Potree interface, but I didn’t understand the install process.. doesn’t it need a network host? Given how easily it navigates your cloud, and how easy it was to draw linework and export, seems like it might be worth paying someone to help install(?). Then give clients links so they can explore the cloud.

Also, have you figured out any ways to _import_ linework into your point cloud viewer?

Thank you for the kind words.

Yes that is correct, it is a version of potree with some code alterations I've made. Its a work in process.

It can tricky to learn if you don't know HTML or JS, there are some bugs that need to be fixed in the current version. And yes, you need to host your own data. I'm sure you could pay someone to set it all up for you.

Im still working on getting linework into my PCV, it can be done and I'll get to it, just managing all the other projects on the go. It accepts SHP files.
