For this thread, what I'm looking for is the number of people who actually lived in your home during the "majority" of the years you were a school kid. Say 0 to 18 years of age. You may have had 12 siblings and two parents for a total of 15 maximum, but, what was the actual number for the majority of those 18 years or so?
In my case, it is only four. Dad, Mom, sister and me. Sister was gone by the time I reached 12, but, the "majority" of my 18 years the count was four.
Some of you from split and mixed families may have a challenge coming up with that "majority" period of time. Anyone just have one parent and yourself?

There is a 17 year spread between the 7 kids. I was third so I took the average from my years 1 to 18 (with mom and dad added).
1962 to 1970 2+5 Brother left home, joined Navy (he eventually graduated from UC Davis sometime in the 1980s).
1970 to 1974 2+4 Brother left home, went to UC Davis
1974 to 1976 2+3 Sister left home, went to CSU Fresno
1976 to 1980 2+2 Sister left home, went to CSU Fresno (not a typo)
1980 to about 1982 2+1 (me). I left home to get married and live in Sacramento.
