Thanks, Guys!! ?
> I'm 34. Congrats on the 72 pounds! My wife has just past the 80 pound weight loss mark herself, so I know how much effort it takes.
Thanks!!! 😀
It was NOT easy...I have to say it has been one of the hardest but one of the most rewarding things I have ever done in my life for myself. But Arthur and other ailments were kicking my ass!! :-/
I sure miss sodas, I miss all my junk food, man I miss fried chicken, but it has been so worth giving up most of the junky crap I ate to finally FEEL better again both physically and mentally. Plus I think exercising again helps tremendously; I never thought I would enjoy walking for exercise, but I have grown to really love it and look forward to it now. Plus roller skating is always a given; I was born a skater!! It's in my blood!! :-$
Everyone else is definitely noticing. I don't really see it in me because I live in my body every day, and I still feel "chunky" but...those around me see it. My friends and family down south haven't seen me in a few months; I'm sure they'll definitely notice a huge difference more than people that see me regularly.
I can't wait to see my mommy!! One of her biggest wishes was for me to get slimmed down and healthy again. She hasn't seen me this healthy since before my daughter was born. If I can do anything to put a smile on my moms face, then by golly, I am going to do whatever it takes to do it. Ok, she also bribed me with new clothes. Too bad she didn't bribe me with dollars. 😉
Who is younger than 42 on here?? Jered...etc??? (Pic!)

Congrats on the weight loss!
