Sounds about par for the course....scumbag development company (not all of them are of course) trying to squeeze out little old lady...

Oh my. Yes hopefully if she is being wronged she needs help for sure. Sometimes developers can get cruel. I hope its the small majority most are just like the rest of us trying to make a living doing what they love. Sometimes one bad apple makes the rest look bad though.
