RE: How to deal with passive aggressive personalities

@jon-payne The paycheck to paycheck folks are not my biggest concern because my expectations are not that high. It's the people that see this as their profession but typically won't put in any extra effort outside of working hours to master many of the complexities that come with those responsibilities. In all fairness we are trying to balance our work, home and family lives, but the people I tend to have the most problems with often get frustrated because they can't learn and master everything they need to know, on the job and they generally have little interest in pursuing those things outside of those hours they are being paid for.
