OK. so i'm doing a right of way and control map (in Florida) and it "crosses" a railroad. we have already determined that the county road right of way ends at the prescribed "50' from center of rail" and we also have a spur that has a 68' width. The main rail works with platted monuments we found but the spur is a question. There used to be 2 rails in the '40's and now we've located only 1 set that does not match any description or drawing. I've come up with a viable resolution to the southerly property line of the spur, but i have 3 different deeds calling for different radii and lengths along the curve. mind you, these are from the late 60's and we're talking 5-+ feet on a curve. Anyway, i have plat monuments to the north, a lease for a building encroachment that works within 1'+-. I'm assuming i give to the railroad on the calls to it (seeing as nobody has called a pc, pt, but only a distance. more info?
