If you want to get top dollar for your property

Don't know how big the parcel is, but if it is large enough for development you can bet dollars to donuts the developer will certainly change the name.
Then again some developers don't have a clue what to name the subdivision plat. We were the surveyors for a development called "TREETOPS" there was ONE tree in a 300 unit single family subdivision. Go figure.

There are a lot of odd named roads around here, Booger Hollow Road comes to mind. Oddly enough the land values on Booger Hollow Road are considerably less than nearby Miller Mountain Road.

Land is also pretty cheap around Dead Women Crossing north of Weatherford, OK.
