Why do you mention it, are you calling dibs on it?
If no one else wants it maybe you can get it and put it up in your yard.
It Was On University Property
So the University can have it removed.
However the University may not actually own it, so they could not destroy it.
I would have no objection to it in my yard, however the Borough Zoning Officer might.
Personally it should be placed in the middle of the board rooon wherever and whenever the PSU Trustees meet to remind them of what they allowed. Between meetings it should be on the University President's desk. Sort of like the dead horse in "Animal House".

I know you really enjoy being the "PA Paul the pedophile reporter", you can't really seem to get enough of the subject and are such a fan of Paterno that you would still have his statue in your yard and would be proud of it.
To me it seems like you are a little too vested in the subject, it would be great to not have to read about this vile disgusting subject every day on a surveying forum.
The fact that you choose to defend Paterno so vigilantly really raises questions in my mind and probably the mind of others too, why is this guy so interested in coming down on protecting child abusers?
Maybe if good ole JoPa would have looked the other way while Sandusky raped you as a child or maybe your kids, then you may feel differently.
Personally, I would like to see you banned from this forum.
Paterno Statue To Be Removed... No, it is gone
They already removed it. The are lucky no one hooked a dooley up to it and dragged it off, PA is lacking in the redneck category.
It needed gone. Good riddance.
