Former Chairman Of Penn State Trustees Resigns From Board

After the scandal broke, Steve Graban resigned as Chairman of the Trustee Board but remained on as a Trustte. The Freeh report brought to light that Graban was briefed by ex PSU President Spanier on the gand jury but failed to pass it on to the full board. He finally realized how dumb he was and today resigned from the Board.

What Spanier told Graban was that this was the third or fourth grand jury and nothing would come of it. Spanier was wrong.

I do not recall anything in the Freeh Report about previous grand jurys but definitely want to know about them now.
