As much as I fight it my body remains insistent on getting sick so I am wondering if there is anyone in this area that would like for me to pay them a visit.

Yep......I'm sick as dog, I feel terrible.
Large package of frozen mixed veggies
One onion chopped
Garlic chopped
A dash of crushed red pepper
package of deboned chicken thighs
twice as much water as called for to cook the veggies.
Throw the chicken into a pot and cook with onions, garlic, red pepper and splash of olive oil and cover with water and cover and cook until done then add veggies and more water and cook until veggies are done.
strain out the pulp and drink the water.
Fill the pulp up with water again and cook it again and repeat.
Add more pepper like Louisiana hot sauce, Franks hot sauce or more crushed red peppers. They will help sweat out the flu symptoms.
When your appetite returns you can feast on the pulp with some texas toast or put it over rice or noodles.
