Out looking for a job site. Need to know who owns it, where it is and what's the parcel number? Most anywhere in the U.S.??
Got an I-Phone? Go to the App store and look at LandGlide. It's free. Lot Lines. Satellite view. Hybrid view.
Awesome app. Some of the data is out of date, but not much of it.
Not to dis the value of the app, but it looks to me like it's free for a 30-day trial, then $9.99 per month.
Don't ya hate it when that happens....
I like onXhunt. $34.99/year, ability to store locations/paths, property lines, owner names, various map overlays (USGS quads, aerial, wildlife mgmt units, ESRI street, combinations thereof). Easily worth the cost from my perspective.
For my type of use $9.99 a month is less than what it costs me to go down to the court house for the detailed info that this app gives. It gives a direct link to our Chancery Clerk's records, so I can see tax cards, and deeds along with ajoiners info.
I did not initially see the fee, but I see that as cheap as compared to what I am doing now, especially if they keep boosting gas prices.

Watched the current movie, Unfinished Business, yesterday. One of the principal characters is a fellow who was being terminated because he had just turned 68 and, thus, too old to be employed by that firm. You later learn that he wants to get divorced. He then spends almost every minute of the movie traveling to Maine and then Germany. Upon arrival back in the US he tells his co-worker that he just got divorced. The obvious response is, "HOW?" He holds up his smartphone and says, "There's an app for that."
Most of the counties I work in are online, so I just use my browser on my phone.
