....Lack of site supers and staff giving even 0.0001% of a $#it....as depicted in this photo...also speaks the personnel onsite who rather not use the giant hole next to this.....it's like anything else..if this looks like this, you can guarantee that other corners were cut, things obfuscated, etc etc etc......
