some Texan needs to step up and file a complaint.
We have seen other CL ads that offered these surveying services. and they were removed after BOR got involved with a few emails and phone calls.
Since CL is a snake pit of scams there may be something else going on beyond the unlicensed surveying skills offered.
They may be scamming senior types who are looking for a inexpensive survey.
They may pull some rods and switch them to n more expensive survey by their employer. Maybe they have a finder fee agreement for bringing in extra work with their employer and maybe he is in cahoots with his employer.
I wouldn't put any thing past people nowadays.
Someone should email him and ask for some client references and also ask..How does he stake a line and accept rods without doing a boundary determination.
