Last night I went and saw Alice Cooper perform and Ace Frehley was the opener.
Ace played lots of KISS songs that I didn't hear the night I saw KISS perform. He also played some of his solo stuff which I wasn't familiar with but enjoyed.
This isn't the first time I've seen Alice perform and again, he did NOT disappoint. Such a great stage show with lights, costumes, dancers, actors and oversized characters interacting with the musicians. Not to mention a guillotine which they use to remove his head only to have him return minutes later unharmed. His band is top notch and the whole production is a very well oiled machine. Would highly recommend, 10/10.
Is Nita Strauss still playing lead for Alice??ÿ She's a great guitarist
@ric-moore Yes, she got whacked in the head when Alice broke his cane onstage a few weeks ago.?ÿ There are several videos showing it.?ÿ Yes, she is a killer guitarist too!
Alice introduced her as being "Voted guitarist of the DECADE" last night. She is one of four guitarists on stage for his band and she plays a mean guitar riff.
Side note: Alice played a mean harmonica part last night too. Also they played "The man behind the mask" which was a surprise. That's what I would call a "deep track".
