For huge file sizes, cloud storage solutions like BIM 360, Navisworks, or PointFuse keep things manageable without slowing down your system. Cleaning and classifying data are time-consuming, but AI-driven tools like ClearEdge3D or Leica Cyclone can automate a lot of that work. Alignment issues? Proper scan overlap, survey control points, and tools like FARO Scene or Recap can make registration much smoother. I also like breaking scans into smaller regions and using decimation techniques to keep files workable.
