Recently if I click on an image and select "open in new tab" it opens with a URL ending in .jpg.?ÿ But if I try to save that image to my disk the only option is .webp.?ÿ That makes it harder to blow up parts of the image, change brightness, contrast, etc. to see details of what is there.
If this was not your conscious decision, I'd sure like it to operate like it used to so I can save .jpg and manipulate images again.

I just tried it in Firefox and the right click still has "save image as" and when I try to save page it also saves as jpg.?ÿ Tested both saves and they work for my 2 cents

I just tried it in Chrome and it worked the same way as Norm described.
