We will be performing some security improvements to our email system this afternoon and/or evening, so email notifications and messages sent via the contact form may be delayed or not delivered at all. The improvements will also include some technology enhancements that should reduce the number of messages originating from surveyorconnect.com that are automatically sent to your spam folder (such as email change notifications, thread update notifications, etc.).

There is now a much higher probability that emails will be delivered to your inbox rather than your spam folder. In fact, some hosts/ISPs will block emails completely from appearing anywhere in your mail system if they don't have everything setup just right in terms of validation and security. We now have all that in place.
