Edit Box on Android Devices

I may have posted about this before (not sure), but I'm reminded of it now as I post from the parking lot of a minor-league ballpark awaiting the start of a youth baseball tournament way too early on a Saturday morning.

The edit box font on my Samsung phone is tiny with respect to the rest of the page,which means that when composing a post I either have to zoom way in and only see a short piece of a text line, or zoom out so I can see the line, but can hardly read the text. Is there a way to tell the server to use a larger font for mobile devices, or is this problem unique to my phone?
