I would like to upload some pictures but they are 3+ meg and the site won't upload anything bigger than 2 meg. I can't figure out how to 'reduce the meg thingy', for lack of a better term, on my computer. Any help for a computer caveman?

I haven't used this program, but all it does is reduce the image size.
Should be worth a try....

Go to this fellows page and look for ReducePhotoSize 1.3 and download it.
I have been using it, as well as his USA Photo maps programs, for several years.

I use Microsoft Picture Manager. It is already on my computer. What photo software was already installed on your PC?

My wife came in and showed me how to use the Microsoft Picture Manager.
