I don't know alot about these necessary evils, I mean radios!

But, since i have shown support for the Javad gear, I feel I should also tell you that my 35 watt finally "bit the dust".?ÿ

It quit yesterday. So, a rental unit was available, to use til mine is repaired.?ÿ

Or, buy another one, for immediate use at the base. And for future use as a repeater.

So, I've ordered the 4 watt one.

I'm a fan more power, but we surveyors were NEVER consulted when the narrow band law came along. This has hurt us, on range.

Anyway, I hope they get you up and running quickly. Non running gear, is not fun. I hope my 35 watt does not cost "an arm and a leg" to fix. Let us know how your situation turns out.
