Good possibility it does not launch in 2018.
GPS 3-02 listed for March 2019.
The last GPS launch was 2/5/2016, so there is a possibility of 3 full years without a launch.

That sat is flying on a SpaceX rocket.?ÿ Rumor is the government wants to see a few more flights of the Block 5 rocket before flying one of their jobs.?ÿ Guess we will see if Elon is too wrapped up in other things or it indeed flies in December.
