While the URL indicates a date of 15 September, this is linked from the NGS site with a date of 23 June 2023. Nonetheless, I post (or repost) the page with an interesting article on using geodetic leveling to help validate the performance of next-gen gravimeters.

Very nice. Atomic frequency standards. I use to get my hand slapped for referring to them as atomic clocks. Lol. Modeling and analyzing the different types on monitoring stations and satellites as well as the naval observatory. Cesium rubidium etc. Talking about being overwhelmed with computations. The lead guy was one smart cookie. To model and take into account all the error sources and corrections. He was a walking dictionary on that stuff.
Good stuff
