What is the value of an old tape?
Lufkin Nubian Pioneer
66 foot (1 chain) long...has traces of RED Nelson Tree Marking Paste
Graduated in Links...the end link graduated in 1/10 link
Has original leather thongs (is that OK to say?)
Two K&E 'clamps'...
One brass K&E tension handle...graduated in grunts...enough to pull the tail chainman into the beer leg...
One K&E tape thermometer...
Two Genuine Brass (24oz) calibrated plumb bobs...

PS...it is not on a reel...it is done up and thrown by the nines...

A couple of years ago I'd have said it would bring $50 - $75 on eBay. Now it would probably bring less than $50.
