What is the locus? I don't know anything about the specs. Am getting it for my brother and he only told me a complete set comes with a base rover, radio and antenna in a set. Let me know my description is clear enough.

The locus is an older version of the Stratus. Both are single frequency GPS units used primarily for static work.

And it comes with a base rover, radio and antenna?

Can you send me some pics to forward it to him real quick?

I think maybe your brother is mistaken in what he is asking for. These have a built antenna and don't use a radio or rover. My email is good in my profile if you want more information.
