Pretty good condition. Signed by the author, Frank A. Stamper. Looks like a 2nd edition. A few years ago, a friend of mine that was from Texas gave me his entire library once his health started to fail. He died about two years ago now. I figured some of you Texas Surveyors would have a place on your shelf for this one.

Looking to trade. 1 box of Flourescent Glo Flagging.
