I have a 2007 Black Harley Dyna Low-Rider for sale. The NADA value is $10,400. If I do consignment with the Harley Dealer they'll charge me 15% consignment fee. So I'm willing to do a good deal to a surveyor before I take it to the Harley Dealer.
