Subject: Building Emergency Action Team
All,
I am currently recruiting for BEAT (Building Emergency Action Team). This group will meet periodically throughout the year to train on various topics. The purpose of this group is to help protect lives and property in the event of any disaster, emergency or incident. Members of the BEAT provide leadership and order to calm any relevant situation. These individuals will provide assistance through safe evacuation of the premises, shelter-in-place, as well as safe assembly and accountability.
If you work in the XXXXX District Office and would like to be a part of this team please let me know. If you have any questions I would be more than happy to answer them.
response-
FYI - I have been appointed the TEAT (trailer emergency action team) Leader for my trailer. I have developed the following plan in case of emergency.
1. Take lunch box and leave.
In case of an emergency don’t call me, I’ll be outside with my lunch box.:-) 🙂 🙂
