On behalf of the Oregon GPS User's Group I would like to send a big THANK YOU to Mark Huber for his WinTEQC presentation at our recent workshop.

Mark is one of the good guys.
When he left the New Orleans District, they lost their most valuable asset. He knows field work, software and programming etc.
He was always fair to me as a contractor trying to do their best with limited resources at hand.
