The US NGS has released their latest ??NSRS Modernization News? flyer. I have copied it below.
Acronym rich, it covers REC, ME-LSA, TRANS4D, IFDM2022 Beta v0.1 and includes a link to NOAA Technical Report NOS NGS 67 (a must read).
It indicates more papers on these topics will be released this year.
REC = Reference Epoch Coordinates?ÿ
ME-LSA = Multi-epoch least-squares adjustment
IFDM = Intra-Frame Distortion Model
