Yes, but I think you need at least version 8 firmware. If you go to “Configure”, “Interfaces”, “geocom”, make sure the port is set to “Port 2 (Handle), hit “edit”, then “device”, you can scroll down the list of possible options. If your firmware is up to date you will see not only RH1200 and RH15, but RH16 as well. RH16 device will also work for the RH17 handle, they are pretty much the same. If you have to get a new maintenance CCP from Leica the cost is $560.

Thanks. I just ordered that handle. Is the firmware upgrade something I can do on my own, or should I take it to the dealer?
