calc’ed it all up, ran back out there to make sure. old wambly neighborhood that’s shot up in value about 8000% in the past decade, so seems like as good time as any to make sure lines are where as expected (or not). crew couldn’t find anything first go round, which made sense once all the improvements were put in and some nearby work was ref’d in. walk to the first calc- bam. iron rod about a foot down. made me feel good. hop the fence, crawl through the tall stuff along the back fence, inadvertently ruin a spider’s day, have “half a foot of the rear, foot and a half in from the side fence” in my head. start scraping in the area and find this:
never put “beer bottle in concrete” on a survey before. btw, it came within well inside a tenth of my calc…
